Fishbowl Frenzy PC mother board is not responding / powering on. Board was cleaned, RAM reseated and another power supply tried.

Issue was dead bios battery which was replaced. PC board needs to be jumped after battery is replaced.

Locate “Panel 1” below the bios battery on the motherboard.

Jump the two pins to the left of the missing pin on top right, as shown above. This will power on and then eventually power off the board. Turn of your power supply and remove the jumper. The motherboard should now boot up as usual when the power supply is switched on.
