Issue: game too easy to win

Software version update required. UNIS refers to the software update as its “SKILL” update. Check software version in programing menu. Software dated before Dec 1st 2022 needs to be updated. Contact UNIS support team to receive updated software.

On new software update:

Set game to “NORMAL” difficulty. Try setting game to “EASY” is still too easy to win. Check motor speed setting. Speeds range from 1-9. Slower motor speeds are better because it gives the player more time to react, which is more likely they will miss their attempt.
